As a coach I love running challenges and getting as many people as possible engaged in healthy eating habits and a workout program. However, as successful as those challenges have been, starting November 14th I’m going to be runing a very different, EXCLUSIVE challenge with only 5 people. But why only 5?
The reason I’m doing this is because as a coach it is really difficult to give one on one attention to each person when I run the bigger challenges and some people do fall through the cracks, as a coach that hurts because I want to see everyone succeed! After all that is my job, right? For this reason, I’m keeping this challenge limited to 5 people, and those 5 people will commit to the following, NO EXCEPTIONS! Each person will have my cell phone number and I will have their phone number as well. You better believe you will hear from me if you don’t report in one day - this is accountability its best!
